The Rebirth
— Three chapters, one return to oneself. —
For twelve years, I was a social worker in a Parisian hospital. I walked alongside adults, elders and children in their most fragile moments. I gave everything I had — to those I cared for, to my children, to my family. In the rare quiet moments I chased fleeting escapes, never truly coming back to myself. And all the while, my body, in silence, waited to be heard.

Through reading, encounters and intimate experience, I discovered the power of bodywork — how it can soothe, release, recenter. It wasn't an indulgence: it was a way of living inside my own body again.
This is how Aura Aida was born — a space built to walk women back to themselves. I trained in three disciplines, one for each layer of the self.
