We only collect the data strictly necessary to deliver our services and respond to your requests: first name, last name, email address, phone number and, where applicable, any information you voluntarily provide in your message.
We do not collect special categories of data (health, origin, beliefs, etc.) unless strictly necessary for the proper delivery of the treatment and always with your explicit consent during the consultation.
3. Purposes
Your data is processed to manage bookings, respond to your enquiries (WhatsApp, email, form), issue the corresponding invoices and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your data to send unsolicited commercial communications.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures (booking a session), your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations applicable to our activity.
