This document governs access to and use of the website auraaida.com, as well as the booking of the wellness and aesthetic services offered by Aura Aida at its Valencia studio.

Bookings are managed via WhatsApp, email or phone. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, out of respect for other clients.

An absence without prior notice may be taken into account for future bookings.

Current prices for each treatment are published on the /pricing page and may be reviewed from time to time. Payment is made at the end of the session at the studio, in cash or by other accepted means.

The treatments offered are manual wellness, relaxation and aesthetic techniques. They do not replace medical advice and do not constitute medical acts. Before the session, any contraindications will be discussed with you; it is the client's responsibility to disclose them honestly.

All content on the site is the property of Aura Aida or its legitimate owners. Any reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.

The processing of personal data collected through the site or during the provision of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Aura Aida reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The current version shall always be the one published on this page.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Valencia, unless applicable law requires another jurisdiction.
