Wood Therapy

Origin and principle
Wood therapy is a body massage technique that uses specially designed wooden instruments to stimulate, sculpt and tone the body in an entirely natural way.
Originating in Colombia, this technique was developed as a natural, non-invasive therapeutic method and later adapted for aesthetic treatments, particularly body contouring and cellulite reduction.
Action and effects
The treatment stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, activates cellular metabolism and promotes the elimination of accumulated fluids and toxins.
How does it work?
The wooden instruments used include: a ridged roller, an anti-cellulite mushroom, Swedish cups / wooden suction cups, a sculpting board, a bell / half-moon, and a cubic roller.
Each instrument serves a specific purpose and is applied with precise movements to target different areas of the body, adapting to each individual's needs.
